Our philosophy stays deep rooted in using natural materials, inherent landscape and clean lines to pave way for any aesthetic and functional built form.      The founder and Principal of the firm is Balaji Jayapal, though he is known by most as “Bala”. After graduating from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai in 2011, Bala spent several years working at Balan + Nambisan Architects in Bangalore, where he refined his expertise through a diverse range of projects. Over the years, Bala has developed great relationships with clients and builders, and he truly enjoys being on-site, working side by side with everyone to make each project a success.
